Kendriya Vidyalaya Air Force Station, Tughlakabad , New Delhi was established on 15 October, 1982 with a purpose to cater to the educational needs of children of transferable Central Govt. employees including the Defense and Para-military personal and to provide a common programme of education. The school is situated adjacent to the Air Force Station, Tughlakabad on M.B.Road, near Batra Hospital and opposite to Jamia Hamadrad University.Besides being conveniently located for the children of Air Force personnel, it is also very near to the Railway Station Tughlakabad. The distance from New Delhi Railway Station is about 25 Km.
